Bolt-action sniper rifle handling skill improves the overall ergonomics, recoil and reload time of this type of weapon.
How to level it up
Fire weapons of this type, reload magazines, chamber rounds and clear malfunctions. XP is earned for shots fired in raid; hits are not required.
A skill “gets tired”: if you train the same action for a long time, the XP for it drops to almost zero. After a pause of about 200 seconds the fatigue resets, and the first point after the rest comes with a 30 % bonus.
