Okay, I got word of a major fuck-up. It may not be your fault, but that's beside the point. The assholes at the water treatment plant intercepted a bunch of these crates with portable EW equipment in them.
They're obviously useless at this point, but I'm not gonna let them steal government property like this.
For a warrior like you, the task is feasible. Go to the WTP and get me those EW thingies. And yes, those rats need to be put down.
The EWs themselves have probably already been handed over to their commanders, so you're guaranteed to get this equipment from them. Assuming you don't die, I suppose.
