How to complete the quest
1. Find «Secure Flash drive V3», «Digital secure DSP radio transmitter». All of it can be found on Lighthouse in containers, stashes and on bodies.
2. Hand over “Secure Flash drive V3” to Mechanic in the quest menu.
3. Visit the zone. The zone is marked on the radar map by the “Task zones” layer; stand in it until it counts.
