Quest text from Fence
Hello there, mercenary. You really messed up, huh? You know what people are saying about you? You are unreliable and not to be trusted. Simply saying, you're an idiot who shoots without thinking at everything that moves. Well, we all can't be saints, right? I'm the man who can improve your reputation. You just have to show that you wouldn't mind helping Scavs. Eliminate several PMC groups and bring me their dogtags. After that, I'll start new rumors about you, something more interesting.
