How to complete the quest
1. Find 2 pcs. “WARTECH TV-109 + TV-106 chest rig (A-TACS FG)” with the “found in raid” status. The item can be looted from bodies and containers, so look on any map. Items bought on the Flea Market do not count.
2. Hand over “WARTECH TV-109 + TV-106 chest rig (A-TACS FG)” to Ragman in the quest menu — FIR only.
3. Find 2 pcs. “BlackRock chest rig (Gray)” with the “found in raid” status. Found on any map in containers and on bodies; the radar tip is the “Quest” filter. Items bought on the Flea Market do not count.
4. Hand over “BlackRock chest rig (Gray)” to Ragman in the quest menu — FIR only.

Well, looks like I’m through with armor, took a bit of an effort, though. If I need some more, you’ll help me out, right? Anyway, now I have to get my hands on tactical rigs, and some of them are pretty hard to come by, but you’ll pull through, right? I need grey BlackRocks and green TVs. Bring at least a couple of each, and it'll be fine. Look for them yourself though, no traders, okay?
