How to complete the quest
1. Find “Vaccine sample IV”. The item can be looted from bodies and containers, so look on any map.
2. Survive and extract in The Lab. The extract must be active — extract status is visible in the radar's “Extracts” tab.
3. Place “Vaccine sample IV” in the marked zone on any map (the zone is highlighted on the radar map) and leave the raid alive.
Quest text from Therapist
We have managed to decipher the diary! This Vladimir was a true man of science, and realized in time that they were creating something terrifying.
He secretly began to develop an antidote all by himself. The work was in its final stages, he even synthesized several prototypes!
It seems he made one mistake in estimating the length of the virus' incubation period... That is what probably made him the first victim of a project he himself had been involved in.
We have reason to believe there's a sample of antidote number 4 in the sealed section. With it, we can recreate the vaccine formula and synthesize more.
We can't lose that sample. That's why I had to arrange a deal with that car service mobster to deliver the sample to my group. You'll need to cross from the Lab to the city, and then leave the vaccine at his, uh, workstation.
