Quest text from Peacekeeper

Good day to you, mercenary. Very soon I will have a night-time meeting on a very important matter. Unfortunately, according to my intelligence in the region, the number of night sorties of your, uh, colleagues has noticeably increased. I feel that these are the same people who do not risk operating in the daytime. I want you to deal with them. These criminals cannot disrupt my work.
