How to complete the quest
1. Kill 20: Raiders. Kills only count within a single raid if the quest condition says so.
2. Visit the zone. The zone is marked on the radar map by the “Task zones” layer; stand in it until it counts.

4. Find “Secured tape”. The item can be looted from bodies and containers, so look on any map.
