How to complete the quest
1. Kill 1: Cultist Priest. Kills only count within a single raid if the quest condition says so.
2. Visit the zone. The zone is marked on the radar map by the “Task zones” layer; stand in it until it counts.
3. Place “Cultist knife” in the marked zone on any map (the zone is highlighted on the radar map) and leave the raid alive.
4. Survive and extract. The extract must be active — extract status is visible in the radar's “Extracts” tab.

All right, it's time to take the next step. We now know the Hoods are involved in this case. You get them talking! Force them to reveal themselves, you gotta do something that lets them know we're not messing around. Kill one of them, maybe one of their higher-ups. Don't even try finding them in the city though, it's impossible. But we do need to hide the trophy there, so that they get the hint. I hear these nutcases have a new ritual point. Try there, kid.

With the radar: objectives on the map and a safe extract
- The objective zone is highlighted by the “Task zones” layer, the objective marker is on the map, and the distance to it is shown in meters.
- The required items (Cultist knife) are highlighted in loot by the “Quest” filter, and the planner shows “Still to find” and “Can hand over”.
- Enemies, bosses and guards are visible on the map in advance, and the “aiming at you” alert triggers when someone aims at you.
- Extract status (open / condition / countdown / closed) and the route to the extract are in the “Extracts” tab.
- The “Can be completed this raid” section in the planner shows that this quest can actually be completed on the current map.

The map is not restricted: the task (4 objectives) can be completed in any raid or outside a raid.
Is the “Broadcast - Part 5” quest required for Kappa?
No, this quest is not required for the Kappa container.
