How to complete the quest
1. Hand over “Portable defibrillator” to Jaeger in the quest menu — FIR only.
2. Find «CMS surgical kit» × 2, «Portable defibrillator» with the “found in raid” status. All of it can be found on any map in containers, stashes and on bodies; items bought on the Flea Market do not count.

Greetings. Here's the deal: I live in the wilderness, and sometimes I find badly wounded people, and I just have no means to help them. Some folks passed away right on my hands. I don't want that to happen again. Perhaps, if I have had a defibrillator I could've saved them. Bring me some. I know, it's a hard piece to find, but I think some places still have them. Oh, and grab some CMS kits, while you're at it.
