We've already lost time, but if we wait any longer, the BTR's gonna stall. While you were screwing around, I did some digging and found out where we can get some proper wheels. Go to the reserve military base, the wheels we need are there.
They come with rims attached, and they're a proper diameter for the BTR, too. Don't mess it up this time, the deadline's coming up.
